Add an Event to the Social Program


Current Club Members can use this page to put a social event (such as a restaurant night) on the Social Program Website Page.


After creating a Draft Event, you will be presented with the event as it would appear on the Social Program page - Then you can make any final changes and submit to the website.

 

Note: Fields in *RED are mandatory.

Restaurant Type:   
(If applicable - eg Italian, Vietnamese, Indian etc)

*Venue Name:       

*Venue Address: 

*Details:

Indicate time to meet and other helpful details such as transport options, whether BYO etc.
No need to show fine details - people can obtain that from the venue website.
Also your contact details are automatically extracted using your email address.
Simply edit as required when confirming the Event.

Confirmation to follow after selecting Create Draft Event.

click on the Refresh Button (the circular arrow) at the top of your Browser.
